Shenandoah Farms is a rural mountain community located in Warren and Clark Counties. It consists of two lakes and riverfront common properties that are owned by the Property Owners of Shenandoah Farms, and its roads are managed by the Shenandoah Farms Sanitary District (Warren County).

There are monthly general meetings at the Community Center located at 6401 Howellsville Road for residents to collaborate on issues. There is an Advisory Committee that was appointed by the Warren County Board of Supervisors that advises the Sanitary District on fees and operation of the sanitary district. They have regular meetings at the county offices.
