Shenandoah Farms is located at the corners of Clarke, Fauquier, and Warren County and is spread out along the Shenandoah River and on Blue Mountain. It is about 20 minutes from Front Royal, Winchester, Berryville, or Middleburg. It has approximately 2,600 lots in Warren County and over 200 lots in Clarke County. Spread over 7,000 acres. Shenandoah Farms is the second largest community in Virginia. Shenandoah Farms has beautiful mountain views, riverfront properties, two private lakes, and many recreational areas. Fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking are popular pastimes of the residents. People who live or vacation here cherish the sound of the woods and the beautiful mountain and river views.
Shenandoah Farms offers you a peaceful rural lifestyle. Shenandoah Farms was originally developed as a weekend community, but now many homes in Shenandoah Farms are full-time residences.
