Common Properties

The POSF BOD is centered on maintaining and improving the natural beauty within our community. We have transformed many of our lots into attractive areas where our residents can enjoy all the beautiful elements of the Shenandoah River and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Residents must have a Shenandoah Farms sticker placed visibly in either their driver’s side window or rear window. Failure to do so will result in towing at the owner’s expense. You can contact the POSF Office to obtain your decal or click the form link on this site to download a decal request from and follow the instructions.
