- Individual 10’ x 10’ garden plots available to residents
- A garden location within the Treasure Island Common Property Park Area
- Common pathways throughout the garden area
- Basic garden guidelines to help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone The number of plots ultimately developed will depend on community interest and site planning.

- Fresh, homegrown vegetables, herbs, and flowers
- A healthy outdoor activity for individuals and families
- Opportunities to meet neighbors and build community connections
- Educational experiences for children and new gardeners
