The Project on Youngs Drive is in final planning stages. Engineers will be working with Property Owners for easements for drainage. Pending the outcome of final planning and gaining easements, decisions on construction schedule will be made and shared. This Project is a cost sharing project with the county and VDOT. The county is aware of the concerns by the Property Owners and is open to cancelling the project with VDOT and completing the project internally, with either pavement or tar and chip.
